This often occurs when you have not cleaned your floor trap after an extended period of time
Solution: Clean Floor Trap which is covered with dirt & rubbish
If it has been some time since you cleaned your floor trap, you might want to clear any rubbish that is sitting above it which is preventing the water from clearing.
Problem: Floor Trap is Clear But Water Takes Longer Than Usual To Clear
If you have inspected your floor trap and it is clear, chances are, there are clothes or rubbish trapped between the drain pipes.

Solution: Remove Clothes & Rubbish From Drain Pipe
For homeowners, you can try sticking a long pole down the drain pipe, and gently steer the pole in a clockwise position. This will break up any oil deposits that are built up or hopefully pick any socks or clothes that are in the drain pipe.
